Huge 1940s 40s Vintage Black Saucer Platter Hat With FlowersThis beautiful platter hat was made from black felt in the 1940s. It features a shallow shaped crown and a huge brim that has been folded up at the edge to finish it. The crown has been trimmed with a wide velvet hat band that has been tied into W large bow at the back. The bow has been adorned with a white rose decoration, which adds a wonderful detail. Inside, there is a grosgrain hat band a be a makers label for Marthe of Paris. As the hat perches
